Each dish on our menu is designed around our state-of-the-art wood fire oven and custom-made Santa Maria BBQ. The menu offers a delightful selection of small gourmet plates inspired by Chef Mark’s extensive culinary experiences and travels. We prioritize the highest quality ingredients, whether sourced locally or from overseas. To fully appreciate the variety on offer, we recommend ordering 2 to 3 plates per person.
