Stay Safe – Stay Well @ The Nai Harn

For more than 30 years since the opening of this iconic property, and more recently since the re-birth as The Nai Harn, our loyal guests have entrusted us with their care and safety. As we navigate through these unprecedented times, we remain deeply committed to the wellbeing of our guests and hosts alike. Today, this means keeping you safe by partnering with professional experts, setting new standards of safety and introducing enhanced protocols and procedures which will address our new reality. All throughout, the open-air layout of all areas in the resort, the spacious and breezy guest corridors, expansive guest rooms and even larger terraces, have been a unique selling point and even more so now, are important and safe-guarding features in these times. Even though we do not know what tomorrow brings, please be assured that we are looking ahead, through and past the current times, to ensure that you will always be looked after with the highest level of care and comfort. Stay safe – stay well @ The Nai Harn.

As a member of Leading Hotels of the World, a collection of more than 400 authentic and uncommon luxury hotels in over 80 countries, we are receiving advice and guidance in the form of Best Practice Guidelines. These have been developed exclusively for The Leading Hotels of the World members with the assistance of Dr. Michael Kotler of RemoteMD, Dr. Alan Neuman of ProHealth Environmental, and John Kosmeh Ph.D., a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Emergency Response Trainer.

Further, all our protocols are aligned with the expertise and guidelines from the WHO, Thai Ministry of Health, Thailand’s Department of Disease Control, local health and government authorities and in cooperation with ECOLAB, the global leader in water and hygiene technologies and services. Enhanced hands-on training, dedicated on-property hygiene committees ensure initial and continued compliance.
