Payment & Credit Card Policy
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
• For bookings made more than 72 hours before arrival: Your credit card will be charged for 1 night, 72 hours prior to arrival.
• For bookings made less than 72 hours before arrival: A 1-night charge will be applied at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance can be paid upon check-in.
• No charges will be made for valid cancellations made outside of the 72-hour window (see cancellation policy).

Terms and conditions

• Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights in an eligible room required.

• This credit is valid for exclusive on-hotel use at the restaurant, spa, and bar. It is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and not applicable to any other services.

• Credit must be utilized within the original stay dates and cannot be applied to extended stays or to subsequent bookings under different rates or packages.

• This credit is exclusively reserved for the registered room and its occupants under the selected package, and is non-transferable. It may not be extended to other rooms or combined with charges from accompanying parties.

• Valid for stays until December 20, 2026 (subject to availability and blackout dates).
